How to Customize the Portal from the SureDash Template Screen

Want to change how your SureDash portal looks? Whether you’re setting it up for customers or community members, SureDash makes it easy to customize the layout using the built-in Template Screen.

You can choose from ready-made layouts like Classic or Modern, and then make changes to fit your needs, no coding required.

Just follow the steps below to get started with customizing your portal quickly and easily.

Steps to Customize Your Portal Template in SureDash

  • From your WordPress dashboard, go to SureDash > Customize Portal.

  • This will open the Site Editor with the SureDash Portal template already loaded.

  • Click on the Document Overview icon at the top-left corner of the screen.

  • A flyout panel will appear—click on Classic Layout (the default SureDash pattern).

  • You will now see a Home icon and a Replace button on the right side of the screen.

  • Click on Replace to view and choose from available layout patterns—Classic Layout or Modern Layout.

  • After selecting your preferred layout, you can fully customize the template screen.
  • Modify elements like the Responsive Screen, Desktop Header, and more as per your needs on Modern Layout.
  • Once done, click Save to apply your changes.

You’ve now successfully customized your SureDash portal using the Template Screen! This flexibility helps you create a more personalized and user-friendly experience for your customers or members.
