Presto Player Not Working in SureDash
If your Presto Player videos are not showing up inside SureDash, don’t worry, it’s usually a quick fix! This guide will help you adjust the correct settings in Presto Player so your videos play smoothly inside SureDash.
Steps to Resolve the Issue:
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to Presto Player from the left menu and navigate to Settings > General.
- Scroll to the Media Hub section.
- Set Default Sync Behavior to Synced.
