Understanding Content & Topics in SureDash
SureDash helps you organize information using Content and Topics.
Content is a structured list of posts, grouped by type to keep everything organized.
Topics work similarly but are mainly used for discussions, allowing users to ask questions and get responses.
With this system, you can easily manage posts, encourage conversations, and keep your community engaged. Let’s dive in!
What is Content?
In SureDash, Content refers to a structured list of posts. Each post follows a specific Content Type and is categorized within Content Groups, ensuring streamlined organization.
What is a Topic?
A Topic operates similarly to Content but is primarily used for discussions. For example, a Discussion Space titled “Questions & Answers” allows users to post inquiries, which then appear as Topics for admin review and response.
