How to Integrate SureCart with SureDash

SureDash (v1.4.0) now integrates with SureCart, allowing you to display your Customer Dashboard pages directly inside your SureDash Space. This helps you offer your customers a seamless experience by keeping all their account details and purchases in one place within your portal.

Requirements

Before you begin, make sure that:

• The SureCart plugin is installed and activated on your WordPress website.
• You have the SureDash plugin installed and set up properly.

Why Connect SureCart with SureDash

Connecting SureCart with SureDash lets you:

• Redirect customers to your chosen SureDash Space after they complete a purchase.
• Keep customers engaged within your community or learning portal.
• Maintain a consistent and branded experience without sending users to a separate SureCart page.

How to Set Up SureCart Integration in SureDash

• Go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to SureDash > Settings.
• Open the Integrations tab > SureCart option.
• Choose the SureDash Space where you want users to be redirected after completing a purchase.
  • If you select None, users will be redirected to the default SureCart Customer Dashboard page instead.
• Click Save Changes to apply your settings.

Once this is set up, users who make purchases through SureCart will automatically land in the selected SureDash Space, giving them a smooth post-purchase experience within your portal.

Tip

You can use this feature to guide customers directly to a Members Area, Welcome Space, or Getting Started page right after purchase. This helps create a smooth onboarding journey and encourages users to explore your community or learning resources immediately.
