How to Create a Collection Space in SureDash

The new Collection Space in SureDash (version 1.3.0 and above) helps you group multiple Spaces together and display them in one neat layout. It’s perfect if you want to organize related Spaces into a single view for your community.

Here’s how you can create one:

Steps to Create a Collection Space

• Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
• Go to SureDash > Spaces from the left sidebar.
• Find the Space Group where you want to add this new Collection Space.
• Click on the + Add New Space button under that Space Group.

• Enter the Space Title and select a Space Icon for your Collection Space.
• From the Space Content Type, choose Collection.
• Click Continue.

• You’ll now be asked to select the Spaces you want to include in this Collection.
• Tick the ones you want.
• Click Add Selected.

• You’ll be taken to the Collection Space editor, where you can:
  • Adjust Space Settings
  • Set the Container Width
  • Choose the Layout Style (List, Stacked, or Grid)
  • If needed, you can add more Spaces to the Collection later from the same editor.

That’s it! Publish the Collection Space, and you are ready to view the space on the frontend.
