How to Set Up a SureDash Course Space

A Course Space is your go-to solution for structured learning and training. It allows you to organize lessons, upload resources, and guide users through an educational experience.

Whether you’re teaching a skill, onboarding new team members, or creating a knowledge hub, a Course Space makes learning simple and effective. Let’s walk through the setup!

• Click on the “+ Add New Space” below any Space Group.
• Enter the Space Title name for the Courses and choose the Course as the Space Content Type. Once done, click on Create Space.

• You are now on the Course page. Here you can set up the Course. Starting with setting up the Sections which will contain lessons. On the right sidebar, you can add the Space Description, Thumbnail Image and Banner Image.
  • The Thumbnail Image is used as the Preview image for the Space on the Home Grid. The recommended aspect ratio for the Image is 16:9.
  • The Banner Image is displayed at the top of the Space page when the user opens the Space. The recommended size of the Image is 1920*364px.

• Click on the pencil icon besides the “Untitled Section” to edit the Section. Next, click on the down arrow to see the option to add the Lessons.

• Click on “+ Add lesson,” which will open a pop-up. Here you can upload videos, documents, or other learning materials. Publish your lesson resources and close the popup by clicking the X button in the top-right corner.
• Upon returning to the Course page, make sure to publish the Changes from the top-right corner.

Once you have set up your Course and all the necessary details. You are ready to make it live for your community!
