SureDash Onboarding Walkthrough

This document outlines the step-by-step onboarding process you’ll go through after installing the SureDash Core plugin.

Let’s take a look:

You’ll be greeted with a welcome message:

“Welcome to SureDash! We’re excited to help you build, connect, and grow your community…”

Click the “Get Started with Onboarding” button to begin.

Here you’ll enter a few basic details:

• Name your community
  Example: LearnWP Together
• Make this a private community (optional)
  Toggle this on if you want only logged-in users to access your community.
• Enable Feeds (optional)
  This adds a “Feeds” page where members can see all recent posts.

You can change these settings later anytime under SureDash > Settings.

Click Next to continue.

SureDash will suggest helpful plugins to enhance your community experience:

• ✅ SureCart: Monetize your community by selling memberships, courses, or exclusive content.
• ✅ OttoKit: Set up workflows and automations to save time.
• ✅ Presto Player: Embed and manage video content in a professional way.
• ✅ SureMembers: Control who can access certain areas and drip content over time.

You can install them now or do it later manually.

Click Next when you’re ready.

In this last step, you’re asked to share some basic info:

• First Name and Last Name
• Email Address

Optional:

• Subscribe for updates.
• Help improve SureDash by sharing non-sensitive usage data.

You can skip this step if you prefer. Once done, click “Finish Setup”.

You’ve now completed the onboarding process and are ready to start building your community inside SureDash.
