How To Set Up A Private Discussion Space In SureDash
A Private Discussion Space in SureDash lets you create a safe place where only selected people can see and talk with each other. It’s great if you want to have focused conversations without making them public for everyone.
Here’s how you can set it up:
Create a “Posts/Discussion” Space
- Follow the steps to create a Discussion Space as shared in this document. [Link here].
- Now, on the Customization page of Discussions, enable Allow Members to Post, which will display the “Make Discussions Private” toggle below.
- Make Discussions Private: Toggle this ON if you want all discussions in this space to stay private between the topic creator and portal managers.
- Once you’re done, click Publish.
You’re All Set!
Give this a try and see how it works for your private conversations. If you have any questions or need help along the way, feel free to reach out; we’re always here to help!
