How to Connect Bunny.net Cloud Storage to Your Resource Library
Your Resource Library files can now live on Bunny.net instead of your own server. Connect your Bunny.net account, pick a storage region, and SureDash will serve every resource file through Bunny’s global CDN, with secure signed links so only the right members can download them.
Applies to: SureDash Premium 1.11.0 and above.
Before You Begin
- You need a Bunny.net account with an active storage zone (or you can create one during setup).
- You need a Resource Library space already set up in SureDash.
- Your Bunny.net API key, which you’ll need to connect the account.
Connecting Your Bunny.net Account
- Go to SureDash > Settings > Integrations.
- Click on Bunny.net.
- Paste your Bunny.net API key into the field.
- Click Connect.
Choosing a Storage Region
- Go to SureDash > Settings > Integrations > Bunny.net.
- Select your Main storage region from the dropdown.
- You can also select the replication regions, which is optional.
- Click Create Storage.
Note: Pick a region closest to most of your members. This keeps file downloads fast, since Bunny’s CDN serves from the region you choose.
Turn on Offloading Resources to Bunny.net Storage
- Under the Bunny.net options, you will see the option to Turn on Offloading
- Enable this option to store new resource files on Bunny.net
Once enabled, every file you upload to this Resource Library space is automatically stored on Bunny.net and served through its CDN. You don’t need to do anything extra per file.
What You’ll See
When a member clicks a resource, SureDash generates a secure, signed download link on the spot. The file downloads straight from Bunny’s CDN, so it loads fast no matter where your member is. These signed links expire after use, so files stay protected and can’t be shared outside your portal.
That’s it. Your Resource Library files are now stored on Bunny.net and delivered through its CDN, with secure, signed links keeping them protected.
