How to Add Core Pages to Your Portal in SureDash

SureDash now makes it easier to add Core Pages directly from the Add New Space option. Pages like Leaderboard, Member Directory, Bookmarks, and more can now be added in just a few clicks, without needing to go through Settings. This is a simple but powerful improvement that saves time when setting up your portal navigation.

Applies to: SureDash 1.8.2 and above.

What Are Core Pages?

Core Pages are pre-built pages that come included with your SureDash portal. These are not content spaces you create from scratch. They are ready-to-use pages tied to member activity and portal functionality.

The available Core Pages are:

• Leaderboard – Points ranking of portal members.
• Member Directory – Browse and search portal members.
• Resource History – Resources the user has accessed.
• Bookmarks – User’s saved posts and content.
• Notifications – User’s notification preferences.
• Edit Profile – Form to update profile details.
• View Profile – User’s public, read-only profile.

Steps

1. Go to your SureDash portal dashboard.
2. Click Add New Space.

3. Select Portal Page from the Space Content Type options.

4. Enter a title for your space in the Space Title field.
5. Click Continue.

6. On the next screen, choose the Core Page you want to add from the list.

7. Select the Space Status as either Draft or Publish.
8. Click Create Space.

What You’ll See

Once created, the Core Page will appear as a space in your portal navigation. Members will be able to access it just like any other space, based on their access permissions.

You have now successfully added a Core Page to your portal directly from the Add New Space option. No need to go through Settings anymore, it is all in one place now.
